The first phase of the company's investment of 20 million yuan, combined with the European advanced electrode induction (EIGA) gas atomization powder technology and argon recycling system, integrated and optimized a set of annual output of 100 tons of large-scale, systematic, automated, high-efficiency, low-cost high-quality spherical titanium alloy powder manufacturing production line, the spherical titanium alloy powder produced by the preparation has the characteristics of low oxygen and low nitrogen, high yield of fine powder, uniform particle size distribution, high spheroidization rate, good sphericity, high surface finish, good fluidity, high loose density, etc. It meets the standards of navigation mark, national military standard, ASTM and so on. The properties of the powder are equivalent to those of imported powder, and seamless replacement of imported powder has been realized.
